Shayne Ward in Bangkok : (Tennis Season 2007 is finished)

Hey guys,
Tennis season of 2007 come to the end. Federer is still No.1 in the world and won Master Cup while U.S.A. won the Davis Cup by beating Russia. So.. let's talk about something else for a while. Last weekend, Shayne Ward, the english singer who won X-Factor in 2005, released his second album and came to promote his album in Thailand. Friday 30 November, he had a mini concert at Siam Paragon. He sang 5 songs including "If that's ok with you" and "No Promises". Saturday 1 December, he went to the Virgin Hitz Awards 2007, performed 2 songs and got the award for best international single, No Promises. He has a great voice. Also, his songs are catchy and beautiful. Hope you guys enjoy and I'll write more soon.
Take care.

Move to the Gold Group, There are Nadal/Djokovic. Ferrer/Gasquet. Wow hard to predict which two will go through semifinal. Find out the answer next week. Of course enjoy them too.

Another 3-2-1??? Yep, Fat Dave make it.

Hey there,
First, it happened 13 years ago by Boris Becker. Second, it just happened August this year by Novak Djokovic. But who would think the third will come only just 2 months later. Fat Dave (David Nalbandian) came to Madrid Masters Series with horrible results this year. Almost lost to 2nd round to Berdych. But in QF, he destroyed Nadal 6-1 6-2. SF, Djokovic is another victim with 4-6, 6-7. In the Final, with an easy 6-1 first set win... Federer lost to Nalbadian 6-1 3-6 3-6.
From No.3 in the world in 2006, this year he fall down to 20s, but now he rise back to 17th with his first Master Series win by defeat all top 3 in one tournament. It is a sign that 2008 maybe not an easy dominance for Federer and Nadal. But Nalbandian and Djokovic are ready to make some noises.
Take care and Enjoy.

The Road to Shanghai (Master Cup)

Hey guys,

Tennis in this season is almost finished. That's mean it's almost the time for Top 8 players in Tennis Master Cup in Shanghai. Right now, there are 5 players who are officially qualified; Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, Davydenko, and Roddick. Also 2 more players who are most likely to qualified if there is no miracle; Ferer and Gonzalez. However, the last spot in Shanghai is very interesting right now. Tommy Haas who is in the 8th spot has 329 points right now. But 6 players behind him from no.9-no.14 are extreamly close to him. As follow
No. 8 Haas = 329 points, Robredo 328 points, Blake 327 points, Gasquet 321 points, Berdych 318 points, Moya 316 points, and Ljubicic 315 points. With 2 more tournaments to go anything can happen. From how they play right now, It is difficult to predict that who will get the last spot. However, my prediction is ...... My head says Berdych but I wish Robredo can make it for another year. Let's see the answer in 2 weeks
Right now, enjoy Madrid tournament and I'll write more soon.
Take care

Review Thailand Open 2007

Hey there,
Thailand Open 2007 has already finished 2 days ago. I hope it's not too late to review this. This is a tournament in my country, so I'm very proud of it. Of course I enjoy it too.
At the start of the tournament there are many big names withdrew, such as, Rafa, Novak, Andy, Pim-Pim. These withdraw made the organiser and the crowd quite disappointed, but i'm sure there are some that happy about this. One of these is Dmitry Tursunov, the winner of Thailand Open 2007 by beating Benjamin Becker in the final comfortably 6-2 6-1.
Although a lot of withdraw, I really enjoy this tournament a lot. I took lots of photoes that u guys can check in my facebook. There are some exciting matches, including double final that Thai twins can made their first atp double title.
Hope you guys enjoy tennis. Thanks for reading.... I'll write more soon.

Review 1st round of US OPEN 2007

Hey there,
Most of first round matches in US OPEN 2007 are finished already. Most of the seeds can get through 2nd round quite comfortably. However, there are a few seeds were knock out in the first round including Daniela Huntuchova No.9 seed and Marcos Baghdatis No.18 seed. Also, both thai players, Danai Udomchoke and Tammarine Tanasugarn, were beaten in the 1st round. Sorry for all of them. But the game still goes on, get more interesting and more exciting.

Keep watching US OPEN 2007 and enjoy :)

US OPEN 2007 Preview

Hey there,

Finally, the last grandslam of 2007 will start next week. Let's see that will Federer get the trophy here for the 4th time, or may it belong to someone else.

Let's see my analysis.
1. Federer: After I saw his draw, Wow he will meet qualifier in first two round. I can't see anyone in quali take more than 3 games/set from Federer. Maybe Dancevic or Qurechi can do a little bit but just take one set to tiebreak then lose that all they can do, I think. After that he will meet all this guys who always lose to him many times, such us Roddick, Ferrero and Gasgeut, until Final that where he may meet Nadal, Djokovic, or Hewitt.

2. Nadal: Although this summer hard court season is not that good for Rafa, but he is still the favourite in the Slam. Why? his running, fighting and very strong topspin forehand are always good. Also, the draw in his quarter cannot hurt him. But in semifinal, where he can meet Nole Or Lleyton should be interesting though.

3. Djokovic: The guys who just beat 3-2-1 from Rogers Masters. Then, what? lost to Old man Moya in the second round. Always having a problem when he plays long match. How come he can do well in best of 5. Ummm... but yes I think he can do well this time coz this boy learns very fast. But then what? the draw? Ancic-Stepanek-Mahut/Del Potro, Hewitt, Youzhny/Moya is waiting for him before Semi. That's too much. I can see he lose to Stepanek or Youzhny if they can make it there. However, If they meet Djokovic have a chance to beat them around 65-75% anyway.

4. Roddick: After Cincy, he went down to No.5 in the world. Then what? Federer in his quarter. Of course, he will go to his quarterfinal without trouble. Then lose to Fed and lose a lot of his runner up points. Bye Bye for top5 Mr. Duck.

5. Blake: What happened to Blake before Cincy? He just out of form and now he is back on time in Cincy. But well, his quarter is very open for anyone. Davydenko who always play in every tournment but do really bad until the big event come, then he can do a lot better. However, this quarter still has Canas, Haas, Andy(Murray), Kiefer and Baghdatis. So it can be anyone in this group to reach semi also.

6. Hewitt: The key for Hewitt to reach semi or final is beating Djokovic. If he can do that he can go to maybe far until final

Actually, I wanna review more but I may do it next time if I'm not lazy...

Cincy Preview

Hey there,

After last week, Novak shocked everyone by defeating Federer. For this week in cincy, this is my opinion what will happenned.

Federer comes here with angry and need a revenge so I can say he is the favourite for the title here. For sure, his main rivals, Djokovic and Nadal, are also the contenders. Dark horses, I'll give you 3 names, Berdych, Blake and Youzhny. Even I will be right or wrong, tennis will win, and we enjoy it anyway.

Beat Federer (Rank 1) in Final 7-6 2-6 7-6

Nole is coming!!!!!

Hey guys,

Today I wanna updates some news about Thailand Open 2007 (It will be on the last week of September). After I read the newspaper, I 'm really happy and looking forward to see this tournament. The organizer of Thailand Open already get the name of some cool players who say "YES" to come to Thailand Open this time.

This is not all the list, but these are the lists.
1.Rafael Nadal
2.Andy Roddick
3.Tommy Haas
4.Danai Udomchoke
5. and...... :) Novak :D Djokovic ;)

I hope Davis Cup that will play the week before Thailand Open will not make them too tired. I hope all of them can join this tournament in my country. Maybe this could be the last time of Thailand coz I also heard that Thailand Open lost a lot of money and didn't get any profit in last few year. Maybe it will move to Singapore instead. but I'm not exactly sure this will happen.

Btw, I'm sure I will enjoy Thailand Open this time.
You too, enjoy tennis.

At least the crowd are still be happy because Jamie Murray (Andy Murray's brother) can win the title although it is a mixed double. Thanks for Jankovic. Also, both (Jamie) Murray and Jankovic have a rumour that they were having a date after that....Well, let's see.

One to watch : Janko Tipsarevic

Hey there,

From French Open this year, you can see 3 Serbians in semifinal, Djokovic , Jankovic and Ivanovic. At wimbledon right now while I'm writing all of them are still in the tournament, but the person I recommend today is not them. He is another serb named "Janko Tipsarevic". Whether he can beat Ferrero or not, this is the first time for him to be in 4th round or higher in Grand Slam. On his way to 4th round, he beat Peya, Serra and Gonzalez in 5 sets.

Why Janko? He has all-around game plus good serve. Also he can play in any surface. He already won a lot of challengers. He used to win Grand Slam in Junior tournament. It's time for him to compete in ATP level. After Wimbledon, he will be in Top 50. Let's see how much he can do.

My prediction is Top30 at the end of this year. (I hope it gonna happen, if not I lose my face.)

Well, enjoy tennis... See ya
